W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $45 - $55 per hour

Location: South San Francisco, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

As a Research Associate, you will use our Rapid Extracellular Antigen Profiling technology to identify disease-modifying biology and novel auto-antibody interactions that are invisible to traditional methods. If you are a rigorous scientist who thrives in a fast-paced, "scale-up" environment, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform production-scale REAP immune profiling experiments with high precision.
• Plan and execute core development experiments involving yeast culture, antibody purification, cloning, and NGS sequencing.
• Maintain and manage a critical inventory of patient samples.
• Contribute to the daily efficiency of the lab, including organization, inventory tracking, and ordering.
• Ensure all workflows meet our high standards for scientific rigor and reproducibility.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• B.S. or M.S. in Biology, Bioengineering, or a related scientific field.
• 1-5 years of experience in a biotechnology or biopharma setting.
• Hands-on experience with PCR, nucleic acid purification, and protein purification.
• Familiarity with medium to high-throughput molecular biology workflows.
• Experience with cell culture (Microbes/E. coli/Yeast) or phage display.
• A working understanding of Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) workflows.
• Previous experience in a production or platform-centric role is highly preferred.
