W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $45 - $52 per hour

Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Meet with hiring managers to define job duties, required skills, and ideal candidate profiles. Write clear and engaging job descriptions.
• Find active and passive candidates using job boards, social media networks, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone or video screening calls, and assess candidate qualifications and salary expectations.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage feedback sessions with hiring managers, and guide top choices through the evaluation stages.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of corporate recruiting experience managing full-cycle pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional social media tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, strong organization, and relationship-building abilities.
• Understanding of basic labor laws, hiring compliance, and employment regulations.
