Pay Rate: $23 - $26 per hour

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA - Onsite Role

Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Material Handler to join our manufacturing team in Foothill Ranch, CA. This vital role is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of incoming materials, proper storage, and timely kitting of components to support our satellite antenna assembly lines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring smooth material flow throughout the facility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receiving & Incoming Material Handling: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Verify shipments against packing slips and purchase orders; report any discrepancies or damages.
• Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations with proper identification.
• Adhere to applicable OSHA, GMP, and ISO rules and regulations. Production Kitting
• Read and interpret production work orders, BOMs, and kitting instructions.
• Accurately pick and kit components for assembly lines.
• Stage and deliver kits to production workstations in a timely manner.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with regular physical inventory.
• Use ERP/MRP systems to record inventory transactions and material movements.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or issues promptly.
• Material Movement & Equipment Operation Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks for inbound and outbound shipments.
• Transport materials between the warehouse and production areas efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and kitting area in line with 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements, including ESD precautions, when handling sensitive components.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to warehouse operations and material flow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support warehouse or production operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling environment.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret work orders, Bills of Material (BOMs), and written instructions.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in reading and writing, including work instructions, specifications, and forms.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Forklift certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification upon hire required.
• Understanding of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols is a plus.
• Physical Requirements & Work Environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Frequent use of hands and arms for handling materials and operating equipment.
• Work is performed in a warehouse or manufacturing setting with varying noise levels and temperature conditions.
• Use of PPE may be required, including gloves, a hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, and ESD protection.
