W2 Contract-to-Hire

Salary Range: $124,800 - $145,600 per year

Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

As a Lead Applications Analyst, you will provide technical and functional support for the OnePlan Project Portfolio Management (PPM) platform. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user issues, configuring the system, managing integrations with Microsoft 365 and other tools, and ensuring optimal platform performance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and release testing, support, and performance monitoring of OnePlan across the enterprise, including IT and cross-functional business teams.
• Collaborate with IT Portfolios and Business Partner stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and recommend optimal OnePlan functionalities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Project Management (or equivalent work experience)
• 7 to 10 years of experience in IT support, PPM software administration, or project management tools
• OnePlan PPM Experience: Hands-on experience with OnePlan PPM, including system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate
• Data and Reporting Skills: Ability to create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
• Integration Expertise: Understanding of API integrations and data connections between OnePlan and other enterprise tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Understanding of PPM principles, project lifecycles, and methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management
