Salary Range: $156,000 - $176,800 per year

Location: Martinez, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

As a Health Systems Manager, you will work with a team of 25 people who are going live with EPIC Lab information systems. This group oversees the Ambulatory, Retention, Imaging/Radiology, and Lab (Clinical) modules. You will adhere to program guidelines while seeking to facilitate quality improvements to processes and systems. You will provide counseling, information, and healthcare resources to patients with specific acute or chronic conditions.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of managerial experience
• Able to manage teams; task management
• Inpatient experience
• Can lead EPIC clinical teams
• Domain knowledge in healthcare
• Strong communication skills are required.
• EPIC Lab information systems
• EPIC certification is preferred but not required
