Pay Rate: $65 - $75 per hour

Location: Dublin, CA - Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

Seeking a hands‑on Copilot Studio Engineer to develop, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Copilot Agents and Power Platform solutions. This resource will focus on Proof of Concepts (PoCs), new development, and production support, helping accelerate our adoption of Copilot‑driven automation and intelligent agents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
• Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
• Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical teams
• Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong hands‑on experience with Copilot Studio
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience developing and supporting conversational agents
• Experience with Azure and Azure AI Search
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure OpenAI knowledge
• Experience delivering AI/automation PoCs
