  • Serve as subject matter expert for the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system: administer workflows, configure templates, and generate performance reports and

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., IACCM, CLM, legal operations) preferred.
  • 3-5+ years of contract administration or legal operations experience, with demonstrated progression and increasing responsibility.
  • Proven expertise with CLM platforms (e.g., Conga CLM), including configuration, optimization, and reporting functions.
  • Demonstrated experience with cross-functional contract-related initiatives and process improvements with measurable outcomes.
  • Understanding of contract law principles, privacy, compliance (e.g., anti-kickback, data protection), and pharma/biotech regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, execute, and drive outcomes independently.
  • Highly effective communicator-able to explain complex processes clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
