Clinical Payment Associate, Clinical Vendor Outsourcing

W2 Contract

Pay Rate: $40 - $50 per hour

Location: Redwood City, CA - Remote Role

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create and manage POs for vendors for assigned studies.
• Process contracts for assigned studies.
• Update and manage payment trackers.
• Attend assigned study finance meetings.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BS degree or equivalent degree/experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing trackers, purchase orders, and contracts processing, or related experience.
• Motivated self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem solver with good communication and written skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are needed, with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Proficient with the MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Thrives in a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to deploy innovative approaches and technologies in a high-energy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize options, anticipate challenges, and execute goals as a member of an interdisciplinary team is extremely important.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with working with financial and legal systems/portals.
• Knowledge and/or familiarity with contracts and purchase orders/invoices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
